On August 5, 2025, Nanjing Zhonghui Electric held its 15th-anniversary event—under the theme “Refining for 15 Years, Gathering Momentum to Usher in a New Chapter”—at its new production center located in Building 8, No. 10 Xinfeng Road, Jiangning District. Nearly 200 colleagues from various departments of the company, along with members of the board of directors, gathered at the site to reminisce about the company’s remarkable journey and discuss its future prospects.

At the outset of the event, Chi Fengquan, General Manager of the company, shared insights on three key themes—“Growth and Mutual Progress, Transformation and Breakthroughs, and Original Aspirations and Steadfast Commitment”—recapping the company’s 15-year journey and outlining a brand-new blueprint for the future.

I. Growth and Mutual Progress

Since its establishment on August 5, 2010, Nanjing Zhonghui Electric has undergone a relocation and growth cycle every three to four years: in 2010, it set up shop at No. 68 Shengtai Road, Jiangning District; in 2014, it moved to No. 109 Shengtai Road, Jiangning District; in 2017, it relocated to No. 1 Fangyuanzhong Road, Jiangning District; on December 31, 2021, it moved again to No. 10 Xinfeng Road, Jiangning District; and on August 3, 2025, its brand-new production center will be put into operation. Each relocation represents a leap forward in both production capacity and intelligent manufacturing capabilities; each leap underscores the shared progress of Nanjing Zhonghui Electric with its employees, customers, and society.

II. Transformation and Breaking the Impasse

Faced with the dual challenges of industry-wide pressures and broader macroeconomic conditions, Nanjing Zhonghui Electric resolutely transformed these pressures into driving forces by stepping up R&D and innovation investments. With painstaking, incremental improvements—like water droplets gradually wearing away stone—Nanjing Zhonghui Electric has been striving to enhance its market competitiveness. In 2016, the company initiated a transformation and upgrade of its product and business system, repositioning itself away from traditional power plant operations and fully shifting toward three major new-energy sectors: photovoltaic, wind power, and energy storage. Amidst intense market competition and involution, Nanjing Zhonghui Electric achieved innovative breakthroughs, leveraging technological depth as a pivotal lever to unlock new growth markets, thus breaking through the cycle of passive survival and taking the lead proactively, ultimately achieving remarkable development.

III. Original Aspiration and Steadfastness

For the past fifteen years, Nanjing Zhonghui Electric has consistently upheld the core values of “integrity and honesty, dedication to others, unity of knowledge and action, customer first, hard work, and pursuit of excellence.” We further encourage every member of the Zhonghui family to embody these values in their daily lives and put them into practice. During the cake-cutting ceremony, members of the board of directors joined hands to slice the custom-made cake. The words “To Our Original Aspirations, With Respect for the Future” on the cake shimmered beautifully alongside the company’s birthday digits. The scene was filled with a harmonious blend of applause and camera clicks, capturing a truly touching moment.

In addition, the “15th Anniversary Red Envelopes” distributed on-site served as a source of encouragement and motivation for all employees, inspiring them to keep striving hard and achieving even greater success in their future work.
